Congratulations to Fiona Jiang for winning 1st runner up in Utah's Distinguished Young Women Program last weekend! She won $1,000 each in Talent, Interview, and Scholarship. Her fitness and self-expression were also amazing. She won $2,000 for 1st runner up, making a grand total of $5,000. Congrats!
