Below is the video that I would like you to use to become more in control through meditation and relaxation.

Once you are here, go to the "Relaxation Training" video and watch it once. Do the exercise with Jon on the video. You will need to do it at least 50 times for it to really be effective. You should meditate every day, though, so I'm just helping you out!
