March 9 - March 15: Listening/Instrumental Assignment (remember that listening assignments apply to the weeks during which the listening is assigned.)

This next year we will be focusing on one major concert pianist each month. This month is Glenn Gould

Question: What do you think about his playing? Does he use a lot of pedal? Do you hear him humming at all?

    I respect his love for Beethoven. :) His playing is not very connected, he doesn't much pedal. I still like his playing though it is very clean and super accurate rhythms. If he does hum I couldn't hear it.
